Procrastination and Motivation:
How to Move Forward Without Fighting Yourself
Wednesday, September 2, 6pm-7:30pm PST
Location: Zoom
Cost: Free

Taught by Brandy Benton, MSOD
This is a procrastination and motivation training unlike any you’ve probably experienced before. This is not about teaching you how to force yourself to do things you don’t want to do or push through when your whole body is screaming no.
Instead, you’ll learn a simple system for identifying what is actually underneath your procrastination so you can determine what you need in order to move forward.
Is this something you truly don’t want to do? Is it out of alignment for you? Is fear getting in the way of something you deeply desire? Or is your body shutting down, collapsing, or resisting for another reason?
In this training, you’ll learn how to:
-
Categorize your procrastination so you can stop treating every stuck point like the same problem.
-
Identify what is driving the resistance and determine whether you need to move forward, change your approach, or give yourself permission to let something go.
-
Separate fear from misalignment so you can move toward the things you truly desire—even when they scare the bejesus out of you.
-
Use simple somatic tools to get underneath resistance, overwhelm, and shutdown instead of trying to force your way through them.
-
Tap into desire and alignment as sources of motivation so moving forward requires less fighting with yourself.
You’ll leave with a practical system you can use anytime you find yourself procrastinating to figure out why you’re stuck, what you actually need, and how to take your next step without forcing yourself through it.
This is an interactive training, so come ready to connect, share and learn 😊

Learn to Catch Stress Before It Turns Into Exhaustion, Overwhelm, or Shutdown
Taught by Brandy Benton, MSOD
You're exhausted. You're overwhelmed. You have nothing left after work. Maybe you spend half the weekend recovering just so you can do it all over again on Monday.
The problem isn't the stress. Every life has stress. The problem is that you're catching it too late — when it's much harder to recover and bounce back.
Because stress doesn't usually begin when you're sitting on the couch completely wiped out.
It started hours — or even days — earlier.
In this interactive workshop, you'll discover the 5 hidden patterns that can signal stress long before you hit your breaking point.
You'll identify your primary Stress Pattern and learn what your early warning signs actually look like, so you can catch stress while it's still small instead of waiting until you're exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected, or shut down.
You'll leave knowing:
-
Your primary Stress Pattern and how it shows up in your everyday life
-
The early warning signs that stress is starting to build
-
How to interrupt the cycle before you hit the wall
